Zucchini pizza

So, I made my zucchini pizza base, waited for it to cool, then began loading it with toppings the same way I normally would with homemade pizza.

You can’t see it in the picture but after I cooked the pepperoni to make sure it would be nice and crispy, I added some gorgonzola and grated cheese.

Image three: Cooked zucchini pizza (probably could have done with 2-3 minutes less in the oven, but I was having a beer so whoops!)
