Hey folks 🌞 On some level I'm suprised that green smoothies don't feature more on my insta than they do as I usually start my day with one especially Mon- Fri. But I guess that's cause I am usually running out the door and not stopping to take pics on my way 😆. This arvo I was craving some greens and this is my all time favourite green smoothie - it is super simple too with just 3 ingredients...1)Frozen mango pieces 2)Handful spinach leaves 3)Coconut water and good to go! We started our celebrations with toasted chip sandos at work today for lunch- ermagawd sooooo good! This is a super easy Spicy Mexican I make when I'm not wanting to do anything too complicated. I was inspired to make this fettuccine dish from a picture I saw on insta recently but I deviated massively from the recipe when I tried a little bit and realised I needed way more flavour. So it packs a punch but has a nice creamy texture that dances on your tongue. Another good thing is that it is completely vego with mushrooms and mini roma tomatoes as the main ingredients other than the pasta. Mmmm yum yumm.
